Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Your notification can be a clear statement, such as a letter or email. We also provide a sample withdrawal form for your convenience.

Your withdrawal is effective if we receive your notification before the 14-day period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Upon receipt of your withdrawal notification, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including any delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred because you chose a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for the refund, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees for the refund.

We may delay the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • For the delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.
  • For the delivery of perishable goods or goods that have a limited shelf life, such as food or flowers.
  • For the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were sealed at the time of delivery (e.g., swimwear, cosmetics), if their seal has been broken after delivery.
  • For the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the contract was concluded and whose value depends on market fluctuations that we cannot control.
  • For the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or similar periodicals, except for subscription contracts.

Your right of withdrawal expires early in the following cases:

  • For sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been broken after delivery.
  • For goods that are mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery, if the mixing was done for purposes other than checking their nature and functioning.
  • For sealed audio, video, or software recordings, if their seal has been broken after delivery.
