Returns

Please include a return label with your return shipment, which you can download from your account. This is necessary for us to assign and process your return as quickly as possible.

Please send your order postage paid to us. Since the shipping costs are borne by you, you can choose the postage yourself, but we recommend using an insured shipping method so that you have proof of delivery of your package.

After receiving the return, your return will be processed as quickly as possible. Typically, we refund the purchase price within 3 business days after receiving the return, but in exceptional cases, this can take up to 7 business days.
